By downloading, installing, or using the Obsid application ("App") or visiting obsid.click ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Obsid.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Obsid. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Obsid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may use Obsid without an account for local workout tracking. Creating an account enables cloud sync and cross-device access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Obsid is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device or service. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content in the app — including exercise guides, rep targets, and calorie estimates — is for informational and motivational purposes only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your fitness level.
You use Obsid at your own risk. Obsid is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or other damages arising from your use of the App.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property in Obsid are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
Your workout data belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the personal fitness data you generate in the App.
Obsid may offer premium features through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage subscriptions in your device's account settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
